This employee spotlight is our newest Bookkeeper, Joella Saragnese!
1. What’s your role at Profit Matters?
Bookkeeper
2. What do you think makes you best suited for this role?
I am a great multi-tasker, hard-worker and love working with numbers! I thrive on figuring out where errors have occurred. I have a willingness to learn and to constantly push myself to be better in all aspects of my life.
3. What are your hobbies outside of work?
I am a soccer referee and I like to craft, read, spend time with my family, and workout. I think it is important to be active and want to instill that into my son.
4. What’s your next step, or a few goals you’d like to accomplish in life or while with Profit Matters?
I am excited for this journey with Profit Matters. I want to learn as much as possible from this position and grow within the company with the eventual aspect of becoming a CPA. I want to be able to better provide for my family and hopefully expand my family one day.

- Joella and her husband have one child named Robbie! Robbie is a frequent visitor to our Zoom calls! 🙂
- Her favorite website and place to shop is Amazon. Who can blame her?!
- Her dream vacation would be to Italy or a cruise around the Mediterranean.
